1 Dayer Raffle Winner Rides Away on His Indian

Black Dog Rider David Goddard was stunned when his ride Coordinators, Merv and Julie Storton, announced at lunch during the Fleurieu 1 Dayer that he was the winner of Black Dog Ride's Registration Incentive Raffle.

The prize? An awesome Indian Scout valued at $19,995!

David was bursting with excitement as he picked up his new ride last week.

Black Dog Ride's Indian Raffle Winner David Goddard

David stopped riding for a number of years, and only in the last couple has he been actively involved with riding community again. Black Dog Ride's 1 Dayer played a key part in bringing David together with the fantastic riding community again, and winning the Indian Scout has been the cherry on top.

8 people a day take their lives, and Black Dog Riders uniting together on one day under one banner and one voice amplifies our national message of mental health awareness to prevent this tragic loss of life.

Black Dog Ride and David Goddard are immensely grateful to Indian Motorcycle for donating an Indian Scout as a registration incentive. Registering early for 1 Dayers is a huge helping hand to Black Dog Ride's volunteer coordinators around the nation as they plan their leg of this national suicide prevention ride.

David has been on couple of Black Dog Ride's 1 Dayers now, and it's safe to say he'll be going on the next!

Thank you Indian Motorcycle, and congratulations David on your new wheels!
